Dwight qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and is a specialist commercial property lawyer. His main areas of expertise involve property development including site acquisitions and development for commercial and residential end use.

Dwight’s background is in property development and construction having spent many years working in his family's business and undertaking various projects himself. This has enabled Dwight to gain invaluable experience in understanding construction methods and project management criteria. This allows Dwight to engage with his clients as part of their team and enjoys working with his client’s on site to find the best commercial solutions to enable clients to complete and sell their properties as quickly as possible.

Over the years Dwight has acted for a number of significant multinational companies including a European supermarket chain, a national brewery plc, banks and lending institutions. Dwight is very familiar with managing extensive property portfolios and dealing with complex overage agreements, claw back provisions, and options.

Dwight also covers a wide range of property matters including Landlord and Tenant issues and has acted for several high profile London based marketing and PR agencies working with companies such as SAMSUNG, SKY, & REVLON.
