David joined the firm as a Consultant in October 2009.
He is a well known commercial and corporate solicitor and was President of the Shropshire Law Society 2007-8.
David specialises in advising businesses on contractual and employment issues (including grievance and disciplinary issues and drafting policies and contracts), shareholder and director service agreements, terms and conditions of supply and purchase, and on resolving disputes. He has advised many business start ups, and enjoys developing long term working relationships with his clients, often assisting start ups with their eventual sale. He is receiving an increasing amount of charity law enquiries and enjoys assisting trustees and charity management to comply with the increasingly complex web of regulations they have to comply with.
